Testnet & Earning Points

When you visit the platform, you land on Bitcoin regtest — a safe test environment where you can explore the protocol, earn points, and compete on the leaderboard. Your points unlock rewards during presale and when the platform goes live.

Get Started​

The platform has a built-in wallet. No need to connect external wallets or worry about mainnet security — everything happens on regtest.

1. Start Earning​

When you first arrive:

  • Click "Get BTC" to receive free test BTC
  • Click "Get frBTC" to receive free test frBTC (the reserve asset)

You're now ready to explore.

2. Navigate to the Link Page​

Go to the Link accounts section. This is where you unlock point bonuses:

  • Mainnet wallet boost — connect a mainnet Bitcoin wallet holding 5+ frBTC or DIESEL to earn +10% extra points
  • The connection is non-custodial (just a signed message proving ownership)

Earn Points​

Points measure your participation. They're displayed on the leaderboard and can have rewards during presale and launch.

How to Earn​

Bond frBTC — deposit frBTC to mint DΦHM at a discount

  • 1 point per bond

Swap frBTC for other assets — trade via the AMM to get DΦHM and other tokens

  • 1 point per day (when you swap into frBTC, minimum 0.0001 frBTC)

Stake DΦHM — lock DΦHM and earn rewards through rebasing

  • 1 point per stake action

Claim & redeem — complete your bond vesting or unstaking

  • 1 point per action

Point Bonuses​

3-Day Check-In Streak — log in for 3 days in a row

  • Earn +5% extra points on all future actions

Mainnet Wallet Link — connect a mainnet wallet with 5+ frBTC or DIESEL

  • Earn +10% extra points on all future actions

Both bonuses stack, so link your wallet and keep checking in to maximize your score.

Using the Protocol​

Bond​

Deposit frBTC (or BTC) to mint DΦHM:

  1. Go to the Bond page
  2. Choose your reserve asset
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Sign the transaction
  5. After vesting ends, your DΦHM is claimable

Bonding earns 1 point and helps you accumulate DΦHM.

Swap​

Trade frBTC for DΦHM or other assets via the automated market maker:

  1. Go to the Swap page
  2. Enter your swap amount
  3. Sign the transaction
  4. Earn 1 point per day (once per UTC day per wallet, min 0.0001 frBTC out)

Swapping is a fast way to get DΦHM and keep your point streak active.

Stake​

Lock DΦHM to earn rewards:

  1. Go to the Stake page
  2. Enter the amount of DΦHM to lock
  3. Sign the transaction
  4. Earn 1 point per action

Your staked DΦHM grows through rebasing as the protocol's backing increases.

Unstake​

Withdraw your DΦHM:

  1. Click Unstake on your staked balance
  2. Wait the cooldown period
  3. Click Claim Unstake to withdraw
  4. Earn 1 point per action

Leaderboard​

The Leaderboard page shows:

  • Top wallets by total points
  • Your rank and score (pinned so you always see it)
  • Breakdown by action type (Bond, Stake, Swap)
  • Point bonuses applied (3-day streak, mainnet wallet link)

Earn more points to climb the rankings. Higher scores may unlock rewards during presale and launch.

Your Points Matter​

Points on testnet are real participation data. When the platform goes live:

  • Point balances may carry over or unlock rewards
  • Presale participants earn bonus points
  • Leaderboard rankings may determine allocation or incentives

By exploring the protocol now and earning points, you're building your position for launch.

Tips​

  • Check in daily for the 3-day streak bonus (+5% points)
  • Link your mainnet wallet if you hold 5+ frBTC or DIESEL (+10% points)
  • Mix bonding and swapping to keep earning and test different features
  • Explore the leaderboard to see how others participate
